If you're a real person, you know you love carbs. The pinnacle of my favorite carb is potato's. Sweet potato's are actually the healthy version of our most beloved spuddy carb.
1. Buy like 4 or 5 sweet potato's, they are only like 89 cents at the store so they are super cheap and they take months and months to rot, so its okay if you don't want to eat them all the time but these chips are damn good so I think you'll want these sweet carbs all the time.
2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
3. Skin,peel, whatever 1 sweet potato so only the orangy pink is showing, you only need about 1 cause they make quit a few chips if they are big, if they are smaller and you are feeding more then yourself, you might want to use two sweet potato's.
4. Cut the sweet potato into quarter inch thick circles, they should look like 50 cent pieces.
5. put them on a baking sheet and pour a table spoon or more amount of Extra Virgin Olive Oil on them and run them in it, to make sure each slice has some oil on it.
6.Place in the oven for 30 to 50 mins
7. you have to keep checking on the every 15 min or so to flip them so they cook evenly. One side will burn if you don't flip them
8. when there is 15 min left on your clock add some salt, garlic powder or onion salt to give them some flare.
9. keep turning until they look crispy and ready for your enjoyment!!!
